PornComix contains sexually explicit material. You may use the site only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and it is legal for you to view adult content in your location. If you do not meet these conditions, you must leave now.

2. No content hosted on PornComix

PornComix does not host, store or upload comic files. All content is aggregated from third-party sources and displayed through an index and reader. We do not own, create or control the material and are not responsible for it. Rights holders can use the DMCA procedure to request removal.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

Material depicting or sexualising minors is strictly prohibited and is filtered from the site. You agree not to use PornComix for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, to scrape it at a rate that harms other visitors, or to use our image proxy from other websites.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free. Links and third-party material may change or disappear without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PornComix and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from third-party content shown through it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction in Saint Petersburg, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
