DMCA & Copyright Policy

PornComix respects intellectual property. We do not host comic files — we index material published by third parties — but we take copyright notices seriously and will remove listings and links when a valid complaint is received.

How to submit a takedown notice

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown" and include all of the following:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with a link to the original if possible.
2. The exact PornComix page address (URL) of each listing you want removed.
3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review complete notices as soon as they arrive and normally respond within 72 hours. Valid requests result in the listing being taken down, and we will confirm by email when it is done. Incomplete notices cannot be processed, so we may write back asking for the missing details.

Counter-notices

If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, you may email a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the address of the removed listing, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose you to liability. Please make sure you own, or are authorised to act for the owner of, the work you are reporting.
